Our partnership with the International Centre for Culinary Arts (ICCA) Dubai is a cornerstone of our commitment to developing the next generation of hospitality professionals. Founded on a personal connection, our collaboration began with one of our own team members serving as a guest instructor at ICCA in 2019. This partnership helps us nurture a strong pipeline of passionate professionals who grow with us and shape the future of our kitchens.
Inspiring the Next Generation
Our leadership team, including Executive Chefs and senior talent, regularly return to ICCA to share experiences and inspire students through interactive sessions and talks.
Graduate Placement Programmes
We provide ICCA graduates with job trials and career placements within our hotel kitchens. Recent success stories include Mayank and Shreeyash, who joined Hotel Local as full-time chefs after proving their potential on the job.
On-the-Job Training
